Cutting consumables
For precise and efficient cutting, we offer:

Cold mounting
- Epoxy or acrylic resins with slow or fast curing (“slow-set or fast-set”) Certain resins can be used with vacuum impregnation or pressure casting equipment

Suitable for all types of materials: particularly useful for samples sensitive to high temperatures or pressures, but also for metals, alloys, plastics and composites.
Hot mounting

Ensures homogeneous, stable mounting with optimal flatness, high hardness and minimal shrinkage.
Grinding and polishing consumables

Chemical etching reagents
Revealing a material’s microstructure through micrographic or macrographic metallographic etching requires the use of a suitable reagent.
