Velox 102
The VELOX 102 fully automatic programmable grinding and polishing robot has been designed for operator-free, high-volume specimen preparation from surface grinding to grinding/fine polishing/cleaning and drying. Simply place the pre-prepared specimen holders/plates in the cabinet, select the programme numbers corresponding to your specific applications and press the ‘Start’ button. The machine will then prepare your sample plates one by one and store them in the cabinet, so that your samples are ready for analysis fully automatically.

| The diamond suspension dispenser consists of 8 bottles of 1L (6 bottles for diamond suspensions and 2 bottles for super-finishing suspension (colloidal silica, etc.)). The automatic dispenser is composed of 8 independent peristaltic pumps. Suspension distribution is managed and programmed via the touchscreen control. The dispenser has a drip-free function and can be programmed to “suck” the remaining fluid from the tube at the end of the cycle. The bottles can also be manually emptied from the touchscreen. | |
